There is only one URL and link available to each account, and you can only register one account per email address.
To change username you can create a new account with the username you require using a different email address. If you then
contact us we can remove your old account.
If you do not have an alternative email address to set up a new account,
contact us and we can remove it for you, enabling you to register a new account with the username/URL you would like.
Check your Junk/Spam folder in your email to see if it is there.
If not, it is also possible that you may have mis-typed your email address when you registered.
Either way, we can activate your account for you if you
contact us. Let us know your username and email address. We can send an email to your correct email address to confirm that it is valid. If you reply to this email we can then activate your account for you.
If you have read the instructions, watched the demonstration videos, and still have difficulty in setting up a link, please
contact us. Provide us with as much detail as possible so that we can find the group/page/profile that you want to link to, and we can do it for you.
Please note that due to volume, it may take a few days for your request to be fulfilled.
Account terminations are performed by our helpdesk.
Contact us to request account termination. We will email you to get confirmation, then your account will be removed from the system.
Try logging into Facebook first, then try the link again. If it works, it's because the privacy or permissions settings of your profile, page or group make it unavailable unless logged into Facebook. In which case, you'll need to change your settings in Facebook.
